Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PolyDrum Global handles information submitted through this website and its inquiry form.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product or model of interest, estimated quantity, and message. The website may also record the page URL, referring page, and language associated with an inquiry.
For website security and abuse prevention, technical information may be processed by our hosting and security providers. Our inquiry service uses rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile. The service may process your IP address and browser-related signals to help identify automated or abusive submissions. Our rate-limiting system stores a hashed IP-derived key rather than the raw IP address for this purpose.
2. How we use information
- To review and respond to product, quotation, sourcing, and customization inquiries.
- To contact you about the request you submitted.
- To maintain inquiry records and manage follow-up communications.
- To protect the website, prevent spam, and maintain service reliability.
3. How information is stored and shared
Inquiry records are processed and stored using Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Workers and D1. Email notifications about new inquiries are sent through the Gmail API to our business contact mailbox. Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS, database, queue, and security infrastructure; Google provides email delivery infrastructure.
We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for third-party advertising. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, protect the service, and respond to your inquiry, or where disclosure is required by law.
4. International processing
Our service providers may process information in data centers or locations outside the country from which you access the website. Where applicable, those providers apply their own security and data-protection measures.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We review information periodically and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also choose not to provide optional information, although this may limit our ability to respond to your request.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect inquiry information. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Third-party services
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse prevention and Google Gmail services for inquiry email notifications. Their processing is also subject to the privacy information published by those providers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
